INSURANCE POLICY
All cars are properly insured. Our comprehensive insurance policy covers everything concerning the vehicle, including damage, theft and fire. However in the unlikely event of an accident Excess Insurance gives you complete peace of mind for approximately GBP 4.73 per day. The policy will cover up to GBP 2000 of any excess. The policy can be selected (Step 3) of booking process.
DRIVING LICENSE POLICY
The minimum age for driving in Cyprus is 25 years and all current EU and international driving licenses are valid in Cyprus. If you are under 25 years old, you must have held a driving license for at least 3 years. Some car rental companies for their top-tier car models may have a minimum age policy of 28 years, please confirm this at the rental desk. However you have nothing to worry about as our Car Hire Quote system already takes care of this when you book your car rental with us.
Different fuel policies are in effect with different suppliers. Fuel charges are normally payable at the rental counter.
Pick up full, return empty policy: Your vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned empty, there is no refund for any unused petrol at the end of the rental period. Please confirm fuel prices at rental counter.
Pick up full, return full policy: Your vehicle is supplied with a full fuel tank and you are required to bring it full.
TIP: Most of our customers pick up their car rentals from Larnaca and Paphos Airports, lookout for the nearest petrol stations to the respective airports, so that when you return the vehicle get them full from these. You can save a bit of money by following this tip. Please refer to Rate Details on STEP 2 of the booking process for further details.
TRAFFIC FINE POLICY
All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility and are payable before leaving Cyprus.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY
Please confirm at rental desk for additional driver policy, mostly one extra driver is free of charge but this may vary from on rental provider to another.

Can I return the petrol tank at same level?
Unless specifically mentioned, all rental vehicles are supplied with a full tank and you are required to return them full. However some rental suppliers have a policy of Pick up full return empty policy, for further details please refer to fuel policy.
How old are the vehicles in your fleet?
We deal with leading International Car Hire Brands in addition to the finest local Cypriot Car Hire suppliers. The rental fleets maintained by these suppliers are mostly Brand NEW to three years old.
Every car is checked prior to renting out and has to meet certain basic set of criterias, in short all cars are quality controlled for road worthiness. However if you have any questions or reservations about the quality, do a thorough check of vehicle before taking physical possession of the vehicle. You as a customer HAVE EVERY RIGHT to ask for a replacement.
Do you offer any discounts on long time rental?
Yes, we do offer special discount on rentals that are above 45 days, however this is not applicable through our online quote system and we have to be informed at least ONE WEEK in advance during low season and TWO WEEKS in advance during high season. Please fill this form in detail, one of our customer representative will contact you within TWO WORKING DAYS with a discounted quote.
Can I hire a minibus?
A: No, according to Cyprus Traffic Law any vehicle with more than SEVEN passengers needs an appropriate commercial driver license. But if you wish one can be arranged for you with an added daily cost of a licensed driver, please fill this form to hire a minibus in Cyprus.
